HOW OFTEN

Every tank runs on a clock

Pumping on time is what keeps the leachfield working. The leachfield is the expensive part of the system.

Not sure what size you have? Send the form anyway and we will work it out.

A Morgridge truck and tanker trailer on site at a pumping job.

WHAT YOU GET

One visit, and the tank is actually looked at

Septic is the whole business. It is not a sideline to drain cleaning or dumpster rental.

A Morgridge technician handling the suction hoses at the back of the tanker on a pump-out.

The tank is pumped

Pumped down and cleaned out. That is the job we came to do, not an add-on to a drain call.

A technician rinsing a septic effluent filter with a hose.

The filter comes out and gets rinsed

Included in the visit. A packed filter stops the tank from discharging and sends water back toward the house.

A Morgridge technician running a suction hose from the tanker at a waterfront property in Eliot.

The baffles get checked

The tech looks at the inlet and outlet baffles while the tank is empty. Problems surface now instead of next winter.

That is the whole visit. One truck, one trip, no add-ons.

“Absolutely outstanding service from this septic company from start to finish. They were professional, honest, punctual, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The entire crew worked hard and treated the property with respect, leaving everything clean when the job was done.”

Jenn S.

“Excellent response time, incredible service, great value, and will continue to use Morgridge in the future. Called at 8:00am, arrived by 8:45, and resolved issue by 9:15. Outstanding.”

Cary A.

“They found the septic tank, pumped it, found the problem, and power washed all components and the inside of the tank that day… Then Morgridge came back to insure the pump and float was working properly and replace the dirt over the cover.”

Steve G., Kittery Point

“I had a backup on my system and Matt called me late at night when I called the 24 hr line and said he would be out first thing in the morning and basically already knew what was wrong just from my description. They showed up in the time window he said worked fast and efficiently and made sure they cleaned up any drips from the hose.”

QUESTIONS

The things people ask before they book

What will it cost?

You get an estimate before we start, free. Price depends on tank size, access, and what the job turns out to be. Tell us what you are seeing and we will give you a straight number.

Do you service my town?

We cover about 25 miles around each of our two yards, Route 236 in Eliot, Maine and 674 White Mountain Hwy in Ossipee, New Hampshire. That takes in the Seacoast and the Lakes Region, on both sides of the state line. There is no fixed town list. If you are anywhere close, call (207) 439-1250 and we will tell you straight away.

Do you clean the filter during a pumping?

Yes. On a pumping call the filter comes out and gets rinsed as part of the visit, and the tech checks the inlet and outlet baffles while the tank is empty.

What if I cannot find the tank lid?

That is common in older Seacoast homes. Our trucks carry beacons and locators, so a buried cover is a normal part of the visit.

What if it cannot wait?

Call (207) 439-1250. The line is answered 24 hours a day. Outside office hours a real person answers the emergency line and our on-call manager calls you back, never a voicemail box.

Do you install new systems?

No. We pump, clean, repair and inspect. New system design and installation is not what we do.
