This policy describes what information we collect through this website and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us so we can do the work you asked for, and nothing more interesting than that.
What we collect
When you submit the request-service form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, the service you need, whether it is an emergency, and anything you write in the message field.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
What we use it for
- To respond to your request and schedule or perform the service you asked about
- To contact you about your service, including maintenance reminders if you are on a pumping schedule
- To keep records of the work we have done for you
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. If we use software tools to manage customer records or scheduling, your information is handled by those tools solely on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors use it and whether our advertising is working. Those tools set cookies and record visits by page, device type and general location. They do not receive your name, phone number, email address or message from our forms. You can limit this with your browser’s cookie settings or with Google’s opt-out tools.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept as long as we serve your property, because a septic system’s history is genuinely useful to whoever maintains it. If you want your contact information removed, ask and we will remove it.
